Welcome to the 5th annual Empowering Female Athletes retreat. We look forward to hosting you at this beautiful venue, Brookledge, in Middle Grove, NY!

We welcome all those identifying as female who participate in exercise/sport/physical activity (in other words, you move your body because you want to!)
